The humidifier level is adjusted to OFF and level 1-5 to adapt to different environments and make the user feel comfortable. Users can adjust this according to the environment. Factory default is level 3. In addition, users can also rotate the knob to adjust the humidification level in the APP interface.
Distilled water is preferred and we recommend refreshing it daily.
Important: Completely drain the water from the humidification tank during transportation and storage.
To check the water level, open the top cover of the humidifier, empty the water in the water tank and refill it with purified water to the highest water level. Caution: Make sure to drain the rest of the water you last used.
Maximum Fill Level Tips
Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line. Damage to your humidifier or device may occur. If the water tank is overfilled, water may leak when closing the lid.
Use only room temperature distilled water. Do not put any chemicals or additives into the water. Any additional substances you add may cause possible airway irritation or damage.
Do not attempt to fill the water tank while it is inside the humidifier.
Do not turn on the humidifier without the water tank attached. If there is no water in the water tank, the Humidifier number setting should remain at 0.
Do not move the humidifier while there is water in the water tank.
