OSAS usually occurs in the form of airway obstruction, respiratory disorder, which can cause related complications. The CPAP Device uses a special air compressor to compress the filtered air from the surrounding environment to produce continuous positive pressure. Positive pressure is delivered to the patient through a breathing tube. Under positive pressure, the patient's upper airway is kept open, allowing the patient to breathe normally.
The CPAP Device provides comfort to the patient by using a built-in humidifier that increases the temperature and humidity of the inhaled air to prevent the nasal mucosa from drying out.

How to Clean a Humidifier Chamber
Your new DM28 Series ships with a Standard Humidifier Chamber. The Standard Humidifier Chamber is not dishwasher safe.
If you have the Standard Humidifier Chamber and need to clean it, you'll follow these instructions:
- Open the humidifier chamber and empty any remaining water.
- If any hard chalky deposits have formed at the bottom of the tank, we recommend scrubbing the area with vinegar to break up the deposits.
- Rinse with drinking water and set aside to air dry.
